Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery Time:

We strive to have orders processed and shipped with 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST. Our products ship out of our warehouse in Kansas City. We ship most standard ground orders via FedEx Ground which takes approximately 2 to 7 days. Freight shipping takes approximately 3-10 days for delivery. All delivery times are estimates.

For faster ground delivery please select our FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Express Saver or FedEx Standard Overnight shipping options, additional shipping charges will apply. FedEx 2 Day deliveries will arrive by the end of the second business day. FedEx Express Saver will arrive by end of third business day. FedEx Standard Overnight deliveries will arrive at the end of the next business day.

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Most ground orders ship the same business day if placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Express Saver and FedEx Standard Overnight orders placed after 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time will be processed and shipped the following business day.

*Truck shipments cannot be expedited*

We currently only ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States, as well as Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping Estimates:

Estimated shipping charges are calculated in Your Shopping Cart during the Checkout process.

Shipping To Alaska or Hawaii:

Flat rate shipping is offered for our customers that ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Shipping rate is based on weight of the order.

Freight (Truck) Shipments:

• Item comes wrapped on a wood pallet.
• The carrier will use phone number provided during checkout to contact you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time. (Available delivery times vary depending on freight carrier’s schedule).
• Inspect the delivery carton for any damage, dents, crushing, creasing etc. before signing the delivery receipt.
• It is your responsibility to mark delivery receipt for damages or missing items.
• If part of your shipment arrives damaged and that is not mentioned on the delivery receipt, we can’t guarantee compensation for damages.

Free Standard Shipping:

If available, free shipping applies only to shipping and handling expenses on orders over the specified amount of the promotion and cannot be combined with any other discount, sale or coupon. Promotion applies to the order subtotal, excluding tax.

Free Standing Shipping applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous United States only. Offer does not apply to shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.

If Free Standard Shipping is offered on an item for a promotion or through our outlet store, you will not be able to choose your shipping option. Your order will ship our standard shipping method. VacMaster reserves the right to change or discontinue the Free Standard Shipping promotion at any time without notice.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please make sure to contact us within 3 business days if any part of your order is damaged or missing. You may be asked to provide pictures of the damages.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All regularly stocked items may be returned if the item is unused / unopened and can be placed back in the original packaging. Your items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at contact@vacmasterfresh.com to receive Return Authorization information. Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, your credit card will be refunded for the amount paid for the item less 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card or PayPal). Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is a result of an error made by us. Please note special bundled items need to be returned will all components for a full refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  

Sales Tax:

All applicable federal, state or local sales, use, occupational or excise taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and shall be in addition to the price or prices stated. Applicable tax exemption certificates must accompany any order to which the same applies. According to state laws we collect sales tax for orders shipped to the states of MO, KS, NE, MA, MI, IA, and FL. Sales tax will be calculated during the checkout process on the Your Shopping Cart page.
