What You Should Know About The VP540 & VP545
We've covered the differences between suction and chamber technology, we've even covered the DUO, but there is still a lot you can learn about vacuum packaging. Chamber technology is very popular in a commercial setting, many businesses and restaurants use their chamber sealers daily.
The VP540 and VP545, are two of our best-selling free standing chamber sealers. These high volume machines are able to handle the heavy daily use of commercial vacuum sealing. Both machines feature:
1. Heavy-duty oil vacuum pump, this allows for quieter operation, commercial strength vacuum pull and a tighter seal.
2. Multiple seal bars, each machine has two 20" seal bars, making it easy to vacuum and seal more than one pouch at a time.
3. Double deal wire, create a seal that is two times as strong as other machines, to ensure a complete and lasting seal.
The difference between these two machines is that the VP545 offers the gas flush option. The gas flush option is ideal for protecting delicate items from being crushed (baked goods, pasta, pizza) or for product presentation to make the bag fluffier to make it appear there is more product (beef jerky). The gas flush functional is optional, meaning that you can do your usual chamber sealing for your items that don't require gas flush.
