Party Favorite Berry Bruschetta Recipe
Ingredients
1 Large Sourdough Bread
Extra Vigin Olive Oil
1 Large Whole Garlic
Kosher Salt
2 Cups Ricotta Cheese
Berry Relish (Cranberry Suggested)
Directions
Preheat oven to a broil
Using a seated bread knife cut the bread in half and then cut into 6 inch slices
Brush the bread with olive oil and place on a cookie sheet and broil 1-1 1/2 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides
Remove from oven and cool enough to handle
Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic on bread
Spread each slice with ricotta cheese
Top the ricotta with a berry relish
Drizzle with maple syrup (optional)
Serve immediately
