I've been using these now for the last year. Love the thicker bags, very puncture resistant and hold up great in the freezer and sous vide cooking. Worth the extra money for the thicker bags.

Large bags for the vp215 machine. I've sous vide all sorts of meats, vegetables and even scrambled eggs. Bags are thick and are puncture resistant for all the applications I've come across. I highly recommend them. It's a good compromise between the 3mil and more expensive 5mils
